VitaHab: rethinking
Ageing & Rehabilitation

An innovative international ecosystem for older adults and those in need of recovery and rehabilitation

VitaHab is an international development and care initiative — combining healthcare, real estate, and technology for ageing and rehabilitation

A comforting gesture as a hand holds another in a hospital setting, symbolizing care and support.

Our Journey Towards Compassionate Care

At VitaHab, we are building an international ecosystem where care, community, and innovation come together to support both older adults and those in need of rehabilitation. Our mission is to help people not just age successfully — but live meaningfully, recover confidently, and stay connected.

Launched as the core initiative of the Active Living Cluster in Haapsalu, VitaHab was founded with a clear vision:
to reimagine long-term care and rehabilitation through a human-centered, future-ready model focused on quality of life, dignity, and inclusion.

VitaHab is being developed within Haapsalu’s Active Living Cluster — in collaboration with local authorities and international healthcare partners. The project follows a structured development roadmap aligned with EU sustainability and care standards.

From eco-conscious design and renewable energy use to the long-term economic and social resilience of our model — we are building not only for today, but for generations to come.

Pilot in Haapsalu,
With Plans to Scale

A Scalable Model, Born in Estonia

VitaHab’s pilot campus in Haapsalu showcases an integrated model of care, rehabilitation, and assisted living — combining modern medicine, comfortable living, and natural healing traditions.

Why Haapsalu?

A historic spa town known for its clean air, therapeutic mud, and peaceful environment. The perfect location to pilot a new generation of European care and rehabilitation services.

Next: Expanding Across Europe

Building on the Estonian experience, VitaHab plans gradual expansion into selected European regions — starting from Central and Western Europe, where demand for modern, high-quality care and rehabilitation is rising.

Expansion will follow a modular, SPV-based model — ensuring transparency, scalability, and adaptation to local health systems across Europe.

A Transparent and Scalable Approach

Expansion will be based on clear partnership principles — ensuring responsible growth, local engagement, and long-term impact in every community.
